Original WW2 Dutch Poster - Notice Friedrich Christiansen, Den Haag, February strike (1941)

Poster notice from the February strike in 1941. Friedrich Christiansen ordered all the workers and companies to to go back to work again and quit the strike. The February strike started in Amsterdam and spread to Zaandam, Utrecht, and Hilversum. This was a reaction against anti-jewish restrictions in the Netherlands by the nazis.

Poster bekendmaking van de februaristaking in 1941. Friedrich Chrisiansen gaf het bevel aan alle burgers om weer door te gaan met werken en niet te staken. De Februaristaking begon in Amsterdam en verspreidde zich tot Zaandam, Utrecht en Hilversum. Dit was een reactie na de anti-joodse maatregelen die de Duitse bezetter trof in Nederland.
